Q : How can you offer a zero-risk guarantee?
A : We get this question all the time, especially from our competitors. We know we can offer such an extreme guarantee because before any cartridge leaves our building, we know it has been extensively tested. Our certification team knows for sure that each cartridge will last as long as OEM, print exactly the same as OEM, and will be a better value than an OEM. This kind of confidence lets us offer the best guarantee in the industry.
Q : How is your manufacturing process different from other companies?
A : While we can't give away all of our secrets we can tell you that our process is the most advanced in the industry. We begin by using only the highest-quality empty cartridges, free from any defects. During the manufacturing process, the cartridge is cleaned with an in-house state-of-the-art reverse-osmosis water-filtration system and then filled with our own specially engineered filling machines. Then we finish the job by putting the product through multiple tests to be assured we offer the quality we advertise. No other company goes through the rigorous process we put our product through.
Q. Which products are new and which products are remanufactured?
A. All of our HP, Lexmark, and Dell cartridges are remanufactured. All of our Epson, Canon, and Brother cartridges are brand new compatible cartridges guaranteed to work as well as an OEM cartridge or we will replace it with and OEM cartridge if our technicians find it to be defective. |
